The Golden Tulip Golden Bay provides meeting, banqueting and conference facilities for small sized meetings of 10 individuals up to large groups of 1000 delegates. Complimented by five multifunctional conference halls and a Business center within a total area of 900 m2, the resort provides the necessary flexibility for any event, and as such boasts of its success in staging International conferences and seminars.
The Les Etoiles, Venus, Minerva, Diana and Chloe conference rooms, hand in hand with our dedicated and determined experts who have acquired a rich event planning background throughout the years, are certain to meet convention and conference needs whilst exceeding expectation.
Complimentary broadband internet access is available in all function halls.

Les Etoiles
This conference hall is located on the ground floor and offers state of the art facilities, with digital and sound lighting systems for up to 450 delegates reception style setup. With a total area of 280 m2, this space is characterized by a small welcome area at the entrance, its high ceiling, modern design, slight sea view and daylight. 

Venus
This conference hall is located on the Mezzanine floor and is the biggest of the three adjacent halls. The room is complimented by daylight, front sea views and can seat up to 120 delegates theatre style. 
The hallway of connecting meeting rooms (Venus, Minerva, Diana) boast of removable / connective walls and can be used separately or in combination to accommodate up to 300 delegates.

Diana 
This conference hall is located on the Mezzanine floor, offers front sea views, has daylight, and can seat up to 70 delegates theatre style.

Minerva
This conference hall is located on the Mezzanine floor and is the smallest of the three adjoining halls. It is complimented by daylight, front sea views and can seat up to 70 delegates theatre style.

Chloe 
This conference hall is the smallest of the five, it is located on the Mezzanine floor, has no daylight, no sea view and can seat up to 20 delegates theatre style. 

Business Center 
Located on the Mezzanine floor, in close proximity to Venus, Minerva and Diana conference rooms, the Business Centre provides a compact yet fully equipped, private business setting. Featuring an oval desk with comfortable business chairs, a desktop computer and printer, this space is an ideal option for meetings of up to 6 persons. 
Use of the business center carries a surcharge of 10 Euros per hour.
